EXCHANGES & RETURNS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS FOR CASH REFUNDS; WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES ON PURCHASED ITEMS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING STRICT INTERNATIONAL GUIDELINES.

Our policy lasts exactly 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your package was officially delivered to your verified address in the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or replacement under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item (luxury watch or bag) must be entirely unused, completely unopened, in its original pristine packaging (including the original brand boxes, dust bags, authenticity tags, and protective plastics/films intact), and in the exact same brand-new condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable / non-exchangeable items:
– Gift cards.
– Promotional codes or items purchased during special international clearance/seasonal sales.

REFUNDS (ONLINE TRANSACTION ERRORS ONLY)

In the event that a technical banking or transaction error has occurred while processing the online payment via our secure payment gateway, a refund will be issued to the exact same credit/debit card you used for the original purchase.

Apart from technical payment gateway errors, a product exchange or credit will only be applicable in the following explicit scenarios:
– The incorrect item (wrong watch model or bag color) was dispatched by Trendique Center.
– The product is verified and proven to be defective or faulty upon immediate arrival.
– The product sustained significant structural damage during international transit.
– The item was not delivered within our maximum committed global shipping timeframe.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet for a verified payment gateway error, first re-check your local bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your issuing financial institution.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a required processing time before an international refund is officially posted (typically 7-14 business days for international cardholders).
If you’ve completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our global operations team immediately at info@trendiquecenter.com.

EXCHANGES SHIPPING PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, you must contact our support within the 3-day window by emailing us at info@trendiquecenter.com with your official order number, a clear explanation, and high-resolution photos of the unopened item.

Once your request is evaluated and approved for an exchange, you can select any other item available on our online store of equal or higher value (paying the price difference).

Customers are strictly responsible for covering 100% of all international shipping costs, carrier handling fees, and customs duties associated with sending the item back to our central fulfillment facility, as well as the shipping fees for dispatching the new exchanged item.
